By Jason Pan / Staff reporterProsecutors are to formally charge former president Ma Ying-jeou （馬英九） in a wiretapping case involving former prosecutor-general Huang Shih-ming （黃世銘） by the end of the month, according to a media report.A report published yesterday by the Chinese-language Mirror Media magazine said that the Taipei District Prosecutors’ Office is likely to indict Ma over leaking confidential information prior to or just after the Lunar New Year holidays, which begin on Jan. 27.Prosecutors summoned Ma for questioning last month over the investigation into the 2013 case. 中美南海軍事角力持續上演，美軍太平洋司令部空軍指揮官歐蕭尼西表示，為因應亞太形勢劇變，美軍將在區域全面部署F-35匿蹤戰機，確保空中優勢；此外，美國海軍也宣布，本周將派遣核動力航空母艦「卡爾文森號」打擊群，前往西太平洋定期部署。

因應亞太形勢複雜變化

歐蕭尼西上周接受美國《空軍時報》訪問時稱，去年亞太局勢出現巨幅變化，中國軍機在南海頻繁飛行，俄羅斯派遣長程轟炸機亦有增加，加上北韓挑釁不斷，均令亞太形勢更顯複雜，預期此狀況今年仍會持續，美國空軍有必要確保戰力超越敵對勢力。

他表示，美國的第5代戰機將陸續就位，空軍也將持續推動F-22戰機現代化改裝，並在亞太地區全面派駐F-35，以便第一時間應對突發狀況。他說，美國盟邦將在空軍戰力部署扮演重要角色，澳洲已開始使用F-35，日本在去年9月也試飛過，南韓則將在明年正式取得F-35。

F-35是美國空軍主力戰機，部分型號可在航空母艦垂直起降，美軍計畫未來配備2400架，逐步取代舊式戰機。美國準總統川普日前砲轟洛克希德馬丁公司製造的F-35太貴，揚言大幅削減軍購經費，但參議院軍事委員會主席麥肯稱，總統無權取消計畫，因相關資金已撥出。

航母艦隊首見女指揮官

此外，美國海軍3日宣布，隸屬第3艦隊的航母「卡爾文森號」打擊群將於5日、6日分批駛離母港聖地牙哥，前往西太平洋海域，接替駐紮在日本、將進行維修保養的「雷根號」任務。分析指出，雖然美軍強調這是例行性調度，但五角大廈選擇短期內不派航母駐防波斯灣，也不願南海真空，戰略優先次序十分明確。

「卡爾文森號」打擊群包括驅逐艦「韋恩梅爾號」、「麥可墨菲號」與巡洋艦「項普倫湖號」等多艘戰艦，官兵人數達7500人。美國海軍表示，「卡爾文森號」雖前往第7艦隊所屬的西太平洋戰區，但仍由第3艦隊指揮官泰森指揮，泰森是美國航母艦隊首位女性指揮官。

美國《海軍時報》指出，平日負責美國西岸至國際換日線海域的第3艦隊船艦，進入第7艦隊範圍的戰略調度並非首例。太平洋艦隊司令史威孚特過去已動用第3艦隊船艦至西太平洋，去年11月，第3艦隊3艘驅逐艦曾進入南海，監視中國在人造島礁附近的行動。
